If your product(s) were sent by us, to your mailing address; and it was stolen or not in the mailing package…we are not responsible and will not resend you another package unless you have purchased the shipping insurance on your items. However, if you receive your package and it was unlawfully broken/damaged, or something is wrong with your product (Please send a detail description and photos of your broken/damaged products to: info@simplycbdpittsburgh.com) and we will gladly send you a new product!
I would highly advise purchasing our Mail Insurance so you don’t run into any issues with stolen mail; this choice is yours!
